We are in the process of upgrading our Customer Contact Centre’s systems to enhance your experience with us. During this time, we encourage that you utilise the MyAllianz platform, available via web and mobile app to access your policy details, update of personal contact details, submit and track claims, submit guarantee letter request, make premium payment for Allianz Life policies and downloading of policies and statements.

Our hearts go out to all the individuals and families affected by the recent explosion in Putra Heights. We understand the challenges faced during this difficult time.
To ease the claims process, Allianz Malaysia has waived the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report for Non-Motor insurance claims related to this incident. For Motor insurance claims, police and Bomba reports are not required as per our standard practice.
Our team has been deployed to the site to assist authorities, customers, and non-customers with vehicle relocation. If you need to file a claim or require further assistance, please contact Allianz’s Contact Centre Hotline at
